Say hello to the Ube Matcha.

Two of our favorites in one glass: ube and matcha, layered so they meet in the middle. Earthy, a little sweet, and impossible not to photograph.

Our story

Two strangers, one train.

Brandon grew up in Nebraska. Elena grew up in Spain. Neither of us expected to end up on the same train in Washington, D.C., but there we were.

Brandon was trying to figure out which train would take him to the National Mall when our paths crossed. We sat down together and started talking immediately. The conversation came so naturally that we spent the entire train ride getting to know each other. By the time we reached our stop, we had exchanged contact information, knowing we wanted to see each other again.

Our first date was at a coffee shop in Chicago. We each ordered an ube latte, and it was the first either of us had ever tried one. We grabbed our coffees and spent the day wandering the city together. That drink became one of our favorites, and it's still on our menu today.

As our relationship grew, so did our appreciation for great coffee. We became fascinated by where coffee comes from, the people who grow it, and how a thoughtfully crafted cup can turn an ordinary morning into something special.

That shared passion became Morning Muse.

Today, we curate ethically grown coffee from carefully selected origins, roasted by trusted partners to bring out its best flavor. Every cup we serve reflects the journey that brought us together and the belief that great coffee is meant to be shared.

How it's made

Three steps, every single cup.

01

Source

Coffee chosen with care from a handful of origins, roasted by trusted partners. We taste every lot before it earns a spot on the menu.

02

Craft

Syrups simmered by hand at dawn: real ube, real pistachio, real vanilla bean. Our cold brew gets its sweetness from local honey, never a jug of syrup.

03

Pour

Pulled to order over slow-melt ice, finished with milk steamed to a velvet micro-foam and layered for that golden ribbon.

Sealed at the cart

Canned fresh, one at a time.

Every can gets sealed in front of you, right after it's poured. No batch sitting in a fridge somewhere, waiting.

Beans to take home

Curated coffee, chosen with care.

The coffee behind the cart, on your counter. Whole bean or ground, 12 oz. Ship it to your door, or get it delivered locally in Atlanta.
